We collect the following types of data when you use our application:

• Identity data: full name, email address.
• Contact data: phone number, pickup address.
• Location data: GPS coordinates to detect nearby laundries and autocomplete the pickup address. This information is not stored permanently.
• Payment data: last 4 digits of the card (we do not store full card details).
• Usage data: order history, service preferences, accumulated points and referral codes.
• Device data: device type, operating system and browser, to ensure proper app functionality.

We use your data to:

• Manage and process your laundry orders (contract performance).
• Assign nearby laundries and coordinate pickup (contract performance).
• Send you notifications about your order status (contract performance).
• Manage the points and rewards program (legitimate interest).
• Improve our services and personalize your experience (legitimate interest).
• Comply with legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
• Send you marketing communications, only if you have given explicit consent (consent).

Your data may be shared with:

• Partner laundries: they receive the name, phone and pickup address needed to manage your order.
• Technology service providers: infrastructure platforms, databases and email services needed to operate the application.
• Competent authorities: when required by law.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

We retain your data while you maintain an active account with us or it is necessary for the service. Once you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within a maximum of 30 days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it longer (e.g. tax data, which is retained for 5 years).

As a user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Objection: object to the processing of your data for certain purposes.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Restriction: request that we restrict the processing of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@getwashandgo.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel and data is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

However, no internet transmission system is completely secure. In the event of a security breach affecting your data, we will notify you within the timeframe established by regulations.

Our application may request the following permissions on your device:

• Location: to detect nearby laundries and autocomplete your pickup address. Only used when you actively request it.
• Push notifications: to inform you of your order status. You can disable them at any time from your device settings.

The application may use local storage (localStorage) to save language and session preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising.

We may update this privacy policy periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes through the application or by email. The date of the last update will always be indicated at the beginning of the document.
