Last updated: 10 October 2026
At Wash&Go we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, with whom we share it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

  • Address: Disseminat diseminados 11 var 91

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer as we are not required to do so. For any privacy-related questions, write to us at info@getwashandgo.com.

2. What Wash&Go is and who does what

Wash&Go is a technology platform that connects customers with partner laundries. Wash&Go provides the software; the washing, pickup and delivery service is provided by each laundry with its own staff.

  • Wash&Go is the controller of the data necessary to manage the platform: accounts, orders, payments, communications and support.
  • Each laundry is an independent controller of the data it receives to provide its service (name, phone, pickup address and order details) and of any processing carried out by its delivery staff.

3. What data we process

Customers

  • Identification and contact: name, email and phone.
  • Pickup and delivery addresses, including saved addresses.
  • Orders: chosen laundry, services, items or weight, express option, amounts, status, incidents and reviews.
  • Payments: payment status and transaction identifiers. We do not store your card details; they are managed directly by Stripe.
  • Location: only if you grant permission on your device, to find nearby laundries and autocomplete your address. We do not permanently store your GPS location.
  • Communications: chat messages with the laundry or with support.
  • Points programme and coupons: points balance, used coupons and referrals.
  • Push notifications: the subscription identifier of your browser or device, if you enable them.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. Analytics are only activated if you accept the corresponding cookies.

Partner laundries

  • Business data: trade name, legal name, NIF/CIF, address, service area, opening hours, services and prices.
  • Contact person: name, email and phone.
  • Payment data: the data required to set up the Stripe account (holder identity, bank details and verification). Stripe collects and verifies these; we only retain the account identifiers.
  • Billing: invoices, commissions and settlements.

Laundry staff (employees and drivers)

  • Name, email and phone.
  • Assigned orders and routes, status changes and pickup and delivery confirmations.
  • Location, only when the driver uses features that require it and while they are using them.

Contact, waitlist and demonstrations

  • Name, email, phone, postal code and the content of your message or request.
